The role

This role is for a Senior or Principal Associate within the Housing Development and Regeneration (HDR) team, focusing on providing property law advice for affordable housing ownership, development, and investment. The position is suited for experienced property lawyers looking to build a long-term career working on high-profile projects for significant clients.

What you'll do

Provide property law advice on all aspects of affordable housing ownership, development and investment
Work on title due diligence
Undertake land acquisition
Handle property development
Manage portfolio acquisition and disposal

What we're looking for

At least 6 years' post qualification experience in similar fields or in commercial property or development

Eagerness to forge a long and successful career acting on exciting projects for top clients
