The role
Hogan Lovells Cadwalader is seeking a mid-level Associate for its Corporate & Finance – Capital Markets practice in Washington D.C. This role focuses on M&A and Securities law, requiring 2-3 years of experience.
What we're looking for
2-3 years of experience in a broad range of corporate and securities matters
Experience in public company advisory work
Experience in corporate governance
Experience in capital markets financings
Experience working on teams managing public company client representations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong technical knowledge of the Securities Act of 1933
Strong technical knowledge of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934
Comparable law firm experience
Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school
Member of the Bar in the United States
