The role

Simmons Adaptive is seeking a senior real estate lawyer to support a key client for a 6-month full-time contract. The role is for an experienced professional from a leading private practice or in-house environment with a strong focus on land acquisition and development work.

What we're looking for

Senior lawyer with real estate experience

Experience from a leading private practice or in-house environment

Strong experience in land acquisition

Strong experience in development work

Experience advising on funding arrangements

Ability to work in a dynamic and fast moving environment

Ability to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines

Excellent organisation skills

Ability to effectively prioritise workloads

Right to work in the UK
