The role
Morrison & Foerster is seeking a Capital Markets Associate Attorney with 2-3 years of experience in securities law to join their Washington D.C. office. This role will focus on a variety of capital markets transactions including equity and debt offerings, as well as public company advisory and governance.
What we're looking for
