Morrison & Foerster is seeking a Capital Markets Associate Attorney with 2-3 years of PQE to join their Securities practice group in Washington D.C. or New York. The role focuses on transactional work related to equity and debt securities and advising public companies on governance matters.
What we're looking for
2-3 years of experience in ’33 Act transactional, ’34 Act compliance, and corporate governance matters
Experience representing issuers, underwriters, agents, and financial institutions in public and private offerings of equity and/or debt securities
Experience advising public companies on ’34 Act reporting obligations, corporate governance, and stock exchange listing requirements
Admitted to the state bar in which you are practicing or eligible to waive in
