The role
Reed Smith is seeking a mid-level Capital Markets Associate with 3-5 years of experience in securities offerings to join their Securities practice group in any of their US offices. The role involves representing underwriters, issuers, and placement agents in various public and private offerings.
What you'll do
- Represent underwriters, issuers and placement agents in IPOs, follow-on public offerings, private placements and other securities offerings
- Represent public companies in ’34 Act work
What we're looking for
3-5 years of experience representing underwriters, issuers and placement agents in IPOs, follow-on public offerings, private placements and other securities offerings
