The role
Goodwin is seeking a mid-level associate with 3-5 years of PQE for its Life Sciences group. The role focuses on intellectual property licensing, technology transfer, and IP support for corporate transactions within the life sciences sector. Fluency in Mandarin is a mandatory requirement.

Experience in technology transfer
Experience in IP support of corporate transactions
Experience drafting and negotiating intellectual property licenses
Experience drafting and negotiating joint development, collaboration, and strategic alliance agreements
Experience drafting and negotiating technology licenses and services agreements
Experience drafting and negotiating distribution agreements
Experience performing intellectual property and technology transaction due diligence for corporate transactions and technology transfers
General experience working in teams
General experience managing substantial components of transactions independently
Outstanding academic credentials
Comparable law firm experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly)
Experience working in Asia· nice to have
