The role

Reed Smith seeks a mid-to-senior-level Life Sciences Health Industry Associate with 3-5 years of experience in health care regulatory and transactional matters for their Philadelphia office. This role focuses on providing regulatory counseling and transactional support within the firm's Health Law and M&A practice areas.

What you'll do

• Provide regulatory counseling on a wide array of regulatory matters, including licensing, corporate practice of medicine, the Stark Law, the Anti-Kickback Statute, and other fraud and abuse laws, and reimbursement considerations
• Provide transactional support on a wide array of regulatory matters, including licensing, corporate practice of medicine, the Stark Law, the Anti-Kickback Statute, and other fraud and abuse laws, and reimbursement considerations
