The role

This role is for an experienced Projects lawyer (4+ PQE) with an inquisitive mind and strong contractual skills, to advise on a variety of unique and high-profile energy, transport, and infrastructure transactions for both private and public sector clients. The position offers significant opportunities for client interaction, business development, and career progression within the firm's award-winning Projects team.

What you'll do

Work on unique or first-time projects
Address new challenges across diversity of project types
Advise on a range of transactions for private and public sector clients
Work on international projects
Manage client relationships
Engage in business development

What we're looking for

4+ PQE

Outstanding academic record

Ability to work independently

Ability to absorb and to draft detailed contracts

Good understanding of risk (both legal and commercial)

Solid contractual skills

Problem solver capable of assessing where a risk best sits and working with all parties to reach a favourable outcome
