The role
This is an exceptional Senior Associate role within the growing Corporate Practice in Perth, focusing on M&A and Capital Markets. It is for an accomplished lawyer ready to take the next step in their career, assuming greater responsibility for client relationships and mentoring junior team members, working directly with Partners Bryn Hardcastle and Dave Filov.
What you'll do
- Take a leading role in the execution of complex transactions
- Contribute to the strategic direction of our practice
- Assume greater responsibility for client relationships

- Mentor junior team members
- Have carriage of complex matters
- Structure corporate transactions
- Draft corporate transactions
- Negotiate corporate transactions

Deep expertise in both domestic and cross-border transactions
Particular focus on the resources sector including critical minerals· nice to have
