Solicitor/Associate - Healthcare Regulatory

The role

This role is for a solicitor with previous experience in health and social care sector advisory work to join DACB's Health, Care and Public Law Team. The solicitor will undertake a broad range of health regulatory and advisory work, supporting clients on matters such as inquests, inquiries, and regulatory investigations.

What you'll do

• Handle a varied and interesting workload with an appropriate level of supervision
• Advise and support clients on a range of health regulatory matters, including inquests, regulatory and advisory work
• Act as a lead point of contact for clients, demonstrating a level of knowledge and skill commensurate with experience
• Communicate effectively with a broad range of people including clients, courts, regulators, healthcare professionals and other stakeholders
• Support marketing and business development activity within the team e.g. attending marketing events and client training
• Build an awareness of the Firm's other services and development of effective internal and external networks
• Handle confidential information in line with the firm's data security protocols
• Exercise full compliance with DAC Beachcroft protocols on billing and credit control and demonstrate a high level of financial management in respect of own files
