Employment Managing Associate at Stephenson Harwood

The role

Stephenson Harwood is seeking an experienced Employment Managing Associate to join their London office. This role is for a senior-level lawyer with a strong background in employment law, focusing on advisory, litigation, transactional work, and investigations, primarily for employers but also with a senior executive practice.

What you'll do

Manage and provide day to day advice on matters proactively
Liaise with clients
Conduct litigation with Counsel where appropriate
Manage and complete transactional support
Draft clear, concise and unambiguous documents
Maintain up to date knowledge of law and practice
Develop own informal internal and external network of contacts
Build excellent working relationships with clients and peers within SH
Attend business development and profile-raising events
Deliver internal and external training on employment law topics
Use and apply the firm’s Artificial Intelligence tools appropriately
Supervise and develop Associates
Spot opportunities and generate and share know-how
Collaborate in shaping and executing the team’s business development strategy
