The role
This role is for a Finance Lawyer with 5-8 years PQE, sought by a top-tier, fast-growing finance team. The lawyer will focus on sophisticated banking transactions including real estate finance, leveraged finance, and corporate lending, serving a range of high-profile clients.
What you'll do
- Work on major regional and national projects
- Work on complex, high-value finance transactions
- Act for UK clearing banks, European and investment banks, independent financiers, funders and corporate borrowers
- Develop relationships with sophisticated players in the market
- Collaborate effectively as part of a high-performing team
What we're looking for

Experience gained at either a leading national or City firm
