Employment Lawyer at Pinsent Masons

The role

Pinsent Masons is seeking an Employment Lawyer with 2+ years of PQE to join their Manchester, Glasgow, or Edinburgh office. This role offers the opportunity to work within a highly regarded Employment & Reward Group, advising leading FTSE blue chip organisations on a range of complex employment law matters.

What we're looking for

At least two years employment law experience in a commercial practice

Technical and market knowledge

Specific experience of dealing with strategic employment law advice

Specific experience of complex employment tribunal claims

Specific experience of cross-border issues

Specific experience of restructuring and redundancy

Specific experience of complex grievances at a senior level including discrimination and whistle blowing complaints

Specific experience of senior executive/board room issues

Strong academic background

Technically strong

Commercially aware

Understanding of how a large international firm operates

Team players with excellent communication skills

Desire to help grow the team and be actively involved in multi-disciplinary cross-office initiatives

Experience in high value and High Court litigation· nice to have

Appetite for M&A and outsourcing work· nice to have
