The role
The firm is seeking a Private Equity Senior Associate for its London office. This role is for a first-rate corporate lawyer with a focus on private equity deals, requiring strong technical, drafting, and client relationship skills. The position is part of the corporate and finance practice group, handling a broad range of private equity and M&A work.
What you'll do
- Lead transactions, as appropriate and depending on their complexity, reporting directly to the supervising partner
- Act as a source of advice to others, sharing knowledge and expertise
- Develop and strengthen new client relationships
What we're looking for
Good experience with equity documents (investment agreements and articles of association) on private equity deals
Strong academic background
Excellent written communication and drafting skills
Outstanding technical skills
Ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues
Ability to work well in a team
Between five and ten years PQE (or equivalent experience)
