The role
Clifford Chance is seeking a Private Equity Senior Associate to join their London practice. This role will involve working on high-profile and market-leading private equity transactions for a diverse range of clients.
What you'll do
- Lead key workstreams on large transactions and potentially run smaller transactions
- Draft legal documents clearly and concisely, creating solutions using legal knowledge and commercial judgement
- Develop relationships with clients and actively engage in business development and thought leadership initiatives and seek out opportunities for new work
- Advise on all aspects of private equity transactions, including investments, exits, and ongoing work for portfolio companies
