The role
An opportunity for a litigation lawyer with 3-5 years of PQE in Australia to join the Dispute Resolution section in Sydney. This role will focus on corporate restructuring and insolvency, bankruptcy matters, and complex commercial litigation, supporting leading Partners and clients.
What you'll do
- Handle corporate restructuring and insolvency and bankruptcy matters, both contentious and non-contentious
- Handle complex commercial litigation matters
What we're looking for
3 to 5 years of post-admission experience in Australia
Previous experience in insolvency and restructuring
Some exposure to commercial litigation
Experience from a large or medium sized law firm or a specialist litigation practice
Strong communication and drafting skills
Outstanding attention to detail
Ability to confidently run matters through dispute resolution processes
Ability to handle busy workload with competing timelines
