The role

Arnold Bloch Leibler is seeking a Tax Lawyer with 4-5 years of PQE to join their preeminent tax practice in Sydney or Melbourne. This role is for an experienced lawyer with a passion for taxation law, focusing on ATO audits, reviews, and tax disputes for a diverse range of clients.

What we're looking for

4-5 years PQE

Passion for practising taxation law

Proven experience working on a broad range of taxation matters with a focus on ATO audits, reviews and tax disputes

Ability to identify key issues and key evidential matters in a legal matter

Appreciation for tax issues associated with ultra-high-net-wealth individuals and private groups

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with partners, other lawyers, clients, the ATO, counsel and other internal Arnold Bloch Leibler departments

Ability to work as a productive member of a team

Ability to interact with clients confidently and build effective working relationships
