The role
MinterEllison is seeking a Senior Associate with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join their market-leading Projects, Infrastructure and Construction team in Melbourne. This role will focus on construction and infrastructure litigation and dispute resolution, supporting industry leaders Jeanette Barbaro, Nikki Miller, and Chris Hey.
What we're looking for

Experience in building compliance and regulatory actions including disciplinary proceedings
Proven advocacy skills
Ability to manage multiple matters and competing deadlines
Ability to manage client relationships and provide guidance, leadership and mentoring to junior lawyers
A commercial approach to all matters
Superior drafting ability
A strong attention to detail
Knowledge of building compliance and regulation in Victoria
Ability to work in a highly collaborative fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Resilience and a commitment to excellence
