Senior Associate - M&A

The role

This is a Senior Associate M&A role in Perth for an experienced corporate lawyer with 4+ years PQE, focusing on complex, high-value domestic and cross-border transactions, particularly in the resources and energy sectors. The role involves working closely with partners Adam Edelman and David Jewkes, and supporting the firm's corporate, M&A, and securities practice.

What you'll do

• Work on high-end corporate and M&A matters including complex, cross-border and domestic acquisitions, restructures and divestments
• Manage private equity buyouts and exits
• Handle equity capital markets transactions, including IPOs and secondary raisings
• Provide corporate governance and strategic advisory work
• Manage complex joint ventures and shareholder arrangements
• Guide and mentor junior lawyers
