Infrastructure, Energy and Major Projects Solicitor - 2-4 yrs PAE - Sydney

The role

An Associate with 2-4 years of PQE is sought for Dentons' Construction and Major Projects team in Australia. This role will focus on front-end drafting for construction projects within the infrastructure and energy sectors, supporting the practice group Partners on high-profile matters.

What you'll do

• Work closely with the practice group Partners and colleagues on high profile front-end energy and infrastructure projects
• Advise project participants on the preparation and negotiation of EPC, D&C, O&M/FM, PPP, joint venture arrangements, supply contracts, connection agreements and other ancillary construction and services agreements
• Provide strategic advice in relation to the early development phases and structuring of projects
• Develop own relationships and build on market presence
