Infrastructure, Energy and Major Projects Senior Lawyer - Sydney

The role

This is a Senior Associate role within Dentons' Construction and Major Projects team in Australia, focusing on front-end infrastructure and energy projects. The role is for an experienced lawyer with strong drafting and negotiation skills, who can lead matters, advise clients, and contribute to business development and team growth.

What you'll do

• Advise project participants on the preparation and negotiation of EPC, D&C, O&M/FM, PPP, joint venture arrangements, supply contracts, connection agreements and other ancillary construction and services agreements
• Provide strategic advice in relation to the early development phases and structuring of projects
• Work closely with practice group Partners and colleagues on high profile front-end energy and infrastructure projects
• Lead matters
• Advise clients with complex drafting and negotiation skills
• Contribute to business development
• Strategically take advantage of our global client network
• Collaborate with Dentons’ colleagues internationally to drive practice growth in Australia
• Develop your own relationships and build on your market presence
• Contribute to the growth and development of associates in the team
• Undertake pro-bono legal work
