The role
Morgan, Lewis & Bockius is seeking a mid-level Investment Management Associate with 4-5 years of PQE to join their Funds practice in New York. This role will focus on the formation and structuring of private equity and hedge funds, as well as related transaction types.
What we're looking for
4-5 years of experience
Strong background in the formation and structuring of private equity and hedge funds
Experience with co-investments, secondary transactions, and GP-led liquidity solutions, including continuation funds
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
Sound commercial judgment
Ability to manage complex transactions
Ability to work directly with sophisticated sponsors and institutional investors
