The role
The New York Capital Markets team is seeking junior to mid-level lateral candidates (class of 2023/2022) with expertise in debt and equity offerings, as well as general corporate experience. The role focuses on advising on public disclosure and corporate governance matters, supporting groundbreaking legal work in a dynamic environment.
