Holland & Knight LLP is seeking a mid-level associate for its Denver M&A and private equity practice. This role is ideal for candidates with 3-5 years of experience in corporate transactions, particularly in public or private company M&A and private equity.
What we're looking for
3-5 years of experience in corporate transactions
Emphasis on public or private company M&A and related corporate matters
Experience in private equity
Experience in transactional energy and related infrastructure work
Experience in capital markets/related M&A work
Strong working knowledge of acquisition agreements and M&A/private equity transaction documentation
Proficiency in drafting M&A and private equity transaction documentation
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
High degree of maturity and business sense
Ability to effectively manage internal and external client relationships
Excellent academic credentials
Large regional, national or international law firm experience· nice to have

Pay range for this position in Colorado is $260,000min - $365,000max/yr
