The role
Willkie Farr & Gallagher is seeking a Corporate Associate with 4+ years of M&A experience to join its thriving practice in San Francisco. This role offers early responsibility and the opportunity to work on a spectrum of corporate transactions, including private equity, M&A, and capital markets.
