The role
WilmerHale seeks an experienced attorney with four to six years of post-JD experience to join their practice in one of several US offices. This role focuses on litigation, requiring exceptional legal research, drafting, and analytical skills, with experience in discovery, motion practice, and negotiations.
What you'll do
- Draft briefs in district and appellate courts
- Manage large and significant discovery processes including massive document productions
- Lead teams in discovery processes
- Involve in taking/defending depositions
- Engage in motion practice
- Handle negotiations and meeting and conferring with opposing counsel
What we're looking for
Four to six years of post-JD experience
Experience drafting briefs in district and appellate courts
Experience managing large and significant discovery processes

State court experience
Juris Doctor
Licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state/jurisdiction in which the position is based
