Litigation Senior Associate

The role

This role is for an attorney with four to six years of post-JD experience to join WilmerHale's practice group. The position requires exceptional writing, analytical, and legal research skills, with a focus on managing discovery processes and handling negotiations.

What you'll do

• Draft briefs in district and appellate courts
• Manage large and significant discovery processes including massive document productions
• Lead teams during discovery
• Take/defend depositions
• Engage in motion practice
• Handle negotiations
• Meet and confer with opposing counsel
