The role
WilmerHale seeks a Litigation Senior Associate for its Palo Alto office. This role is for an experienced lawyer with 4-6 years of post-JD experience in litigation.

Exceptional legal research skills
Experience drafting briefs in district and appellate courts
Experience managing large and significant discovery processes including massive document productions
Experience leading teams in discovery processes
Experience in taking/defending depositions
Experience in motion practice
Talented strategic thinker
Demonstrated strong work ethic
State court experience
Ability to handle negotiations
Ability to meet and confer with opposing counsel
Juris Doctor
Attorney must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in the state/jurisdiction in which the position is based
Willingness to positively contribute to a collaborative work environment
Prior law firm experience is a plus· nice to have
