Litigation Senior Associate

The role

The firm is seeking candidates with four to six years of post-JD experience to join their practice in a US location. This role requires exceptional writing, analytical, and legal research skills with a focus on drafting briefs, managing discovery processes, and handling negotiations.

What you'll do

• Draft briefs in district and appellate courts
• Manage large and significant discovery processes
• Lead teams in discovery processes
• Be involved in taking/defending depositions
• Engage in motion practice
• Handle negotiations
• Meet and confer with opposing counsel
