The role
K&L Gates is seeking a Midlevel Construction & Infrastructure Litigation Associate with 2-4 years of experience for its Dallas, Houston, or Kansas City offices. This role focuses on litigating complex commercial disputes within the construction and infrastructure practice areas.

- Work closely with experienced lawyers
- Assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact
What we're looking for
Two to four years of experience litigating complex commercial disputes related to design and construction
J.D. from an accredited law school
Admitted and in good standing to practice law
Strong academic credentials
Excellent communication skills
Commitment to providing the highest quality client service
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Degree or background experience in the design/construction industry· nice to have
Benefits
210000 - 265000 / year base compensation
