The role
This role is for a National Partner at Baker & McKenzie LLP in New York, focusing on managing and implementing complex cross-border transactions for multinational clients. The position is for an attorney with a JD or LLM and at least 5 years of relevant experience working with a global law firm.
What you'll do
- Manage and implement complex cross-border transactions
- Draft and negotiate main transaction documents including stock purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements & other necessary transaction related documents
- Manage global cross-practice teams for successful closings of all aspects of the deal
- Spot and resolve legal issues
- Synthesize high volume comments from client, local counsel & other stakeholders
What we're looking for
