The role
Morgan, Lewis & Bockius is seeking a junior to midlevel associate with 1-5 years of large law firm experience to join its Capital Markets and Public Companies practice in Princeton. This role will focus on advising publicly traded companies on federal securities laws, offerings, stock exchange compliance, and corporate governance, with ideal experience in M&A and venture finance.
What we're looking for
