The role
Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP is seeking a midlevel associate with 3-5 years of experience in M&A/Private Equity transactions to join its corporate and business transactions practice group. This role is available in multiple US locations including Boston, Hartford, and Houston.
What we're looking for
Three to five years of law firm experience
Experience in M&A/Private Equity transactions
Experience drafting and negotiating transaction agreements
Excellent academic credentials
Strong organizational, drafting, and analytical skills
Active member of the bar in the state of the Morgan Lewis office for which they are applying
