The role
Wilson Sonsini is seeking a Corporate and Securities Associate with 4-6 years of experience for its Austin office. This role will focus on venture financings, private equity, general corporate matters for private companies, and private company M&A, supporting cutting-edge clients in the technology and life science industries.
