San Francisco Junior Corporate Associate

The role

We are seeking a corporate associate with 2-3 years of general corporate experience to join our highly collaborative technology practice group in San Francisco. This role offers opportunities to gain broad experience in venture capital, capital markets, corporate governance, and SEC reporting, focusing on technology clients through all stages of their growth, including late-stage private companies, IPOs, and post-IPO representation.

What you'll do

• Gain deep and broad experience in venture capital
• Gain deep and broad experience in capital markets
• Gain deep and broad experience in corporate governance
• Gain deep and broad experience in SEC reporting
• Represent technology clients through the full life cycle approach
• Focus on late-stage private companies

• Train attorneys on how to build client relationships
