The role

Goodwin is seeking a Tech PIF Mid/Senior Associate with 4-6 years of PQE to join their Funds and Technology practice groups in Los Angeles. The role involves working in teams and independently managing transaction components, with a focus on representing venture capital and private equity funds.

What you'll do

Represent domestic and international venture capital and private equity funds in structuring, formation, and operation
Represent funds in various transactions such as financings, acquisitions, and formation of alternative investment structures

What we're looking for

4-6 years of experience

General experience working in teams

Experience managing substantial components of transactions independently

Specific experience representing domestic and international venture capital and private equity funds in structuring, formation, and operation

Specific experience in financings, acquisitions, and formation of alternative investment structures

Outstanding academic credentials

Comparable law firm experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly)
