Senior Associate - Real Estate

The role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Associate with 4-8 PQE to join our Real Estate team in Guildford. The role focuses on advising clients on a broad mix of development and investment matters, often involving real estate finance, planning, and landlord and tenant issues.

What you'll do

• Lead on a range of real estate transactions, including high-value development and investment deals
• Advise on acquisition, disposal, and funding of development sites and investment properties
• Draft, negotiate, and review complex real estate documents including agreements for lease, development agreements, and sale and purchase contracts
• Provide strategic advice on planning matters, land assembly, and infrastructure agreements
• Support clients in ongoing landlord and tenant relations including lease negotiations and asset management
• Coordinate with colleagues in planning, finance, tax, and construction as part of a multidisciplinary approach
• Supervise and mentor junior associates and trainees within the team
• Contribute to client development, thought leadership, and business growth initiatives
