The role

Addleshaw Goddard's Real Estate team is seeking a Managing Associate with 5+ years of PQE in commercial property and real estate. This role is for an ambitious lawyer who will manage their own caseload, work on high-value transactions, and play a key role in supervising and mentoring junior team members within a market-leading practice.

What you'll do

Manage your own caseload
Work closely with partners on major high-value transactions
Manage large-scale projects involving the roll-out of leases or easements utilising the latest legal technology and working closely with our Paralegal division and junior team members
Execute large-scale high-value client matters to the highest standard
Help the team develop and build relationships with new and existing clients through business development initiatives
Shape and drive the development of the team
Supervise junior members
Take on additional responsibility
Develop and supervise junior team members
Mentor and support the growth of junior team members

What we're looking for

UK qualified lawyer with 5 years PQE + experience within commercial property and real estate matters

Enthusiasm resilience and ambition to find solutions to clients' legal challenges and requirements

Confident stakeholder manager with evidenced experience of engaging with internal and external stakeholders of all levels

Consultative and thorough approach to tasks

Efficient diary and task management across a range matters ensuring the accuracy and levels of client service expected within a high performing team

Enthusiastic about the development of your legal skill set and continuous learning

Inquisitive and want to understand our clients their drivers and what matters to them
