The role
An opportunity for Corporate Advisory lawyers with 2+ years of PQE to join Corrs Chambers Westgarth's market-leading corporate team in Perth. The role involves working on significant strategic and complex corporate transactions for public and private sector clients, requiring strong commercial advice and legal judgment.
What we're looking for
2+ years PQE
Trained at a top-tier or mid-tier firm
Exposure to a range of transactions, including significant transactions
Knowledge and exposure to M&A transactions, corporate advisory, equity capital markets and/or FIRB
High attention to detail
Strong drafting skills
Ability to work both autonomously and as a key member of a collegiate team
All Commonwealth jurisdictions considered
