The role
An Associate with 2-4 years of Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) is sought for the Corporate/M&A team at Corrs Chambers Westgarth. The role requires experience with M&A transactions, corporate advisory, equity capital markets and/or FIRB.
What we're looking for
2 - 4 years PQE
Trained at a top-tier or mid-tier firm
Exposed to a range of transactions, including significant transactions
Knowledge and exposure to M&A transactions, corporate advisory, equity capital markets and/or FIRB
High attention to detail
Strong drafting skills
Ability to work both autonomously and as a key member of a collegiate team
Candidates from all Commonwealth jurisdictions considered
