The role
Ashurst Perkins Coie is seeking a senior lawyer with over 5 years of M&A experience in the mining and energy sectors to join their Brisbane Corporate team. This role is for experienced legal professionals looking to work on market-leading matters in a global firm.
What we're looking for
5+ years' commercial experience gained within a top-tier firm or a leading mid-tier firm
Strong experience in M&A transactions
Strong experience in joint venture agreements
Strong experience in shareholder agreements
Experience in the energy, mining and/or infrastructure sectors
Excellent technical and drafting skills coupled with commercial nous
Proactive, positive and energetic approach and commitment to excellence
