The role
Skadden's Tax Group is seeking an associate to join their Boston office in Fall 2026. This role is for an attorney with experience in tax law, focusing on complex tax issues within corporate transactions and disputes with taxing authorities.
What you'll do
- Represent clients in all aspects of tax law, including corporate transactions and disputes with taxing authorities
- Handle intricate tax issues to reach creative and value-added solutions
- Coordinate efforts with Skadden lawyers in other disciplines
What we're looking for

Benefits
Starting base salary expected to be $225,000 annually
