The role
This role is for an Associate/Senior Associate position within the Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets (MAC) team at Allens. The role involves working on a variety of complex transactions including public and private M&A, private equity, and corporate advisory for leading companies.
What you'll do
Be involved in public and private M&A, private equity, equity capital markets, and corporate advisory and governance work
Deliver highly successful outcomes in M&A for leading companies and financial sponsors in Australia and around the world
Gain exposure across a broad range of sectors including energy, infrastructure, financial services, health, mining, media, technology and retail
