The role
This is a transactional role for a Senior Associate or Associate to join Allens' Sydney Corporate / TMT team, focusing on Technology M&A and Venture Capital. The position is ideal for a lawyer with 2-9 years of experience looking to build a sector-focused M&A practice within a top-tier firm.
What you'll do
Engage in technology sector private M&A (both buyside and sellside)
Work on venture capital transactions for investors and high growth companies
Handle strategic investments and joint ventures
Provide strategic advisory on cross-border and domestic transactions
Advise on corporate structuring
Address regulatory considerations for technology clients
Offer strategic governance advice for technology clients across all stages
