Senior Associate / Associate, Corporate - Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets

The role

This is a Senior Associate/Associate role in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets (MAC) team at Allens. The role is for lawyers experienced in corporate M&A and capital markets, who will be involved in complex transactions including public and private M&A, private equity, and equity capital markets.

What you'll do

• Be involved in public and private M&A, private equity, equity capital markets, and corporate advisory and governance work
• Deliver highly successful outcomes in M&A for leading companies and financial sponsors in Australia and around the world
• Gain exposure across a broad range of sectors including energy, infrastructure, financial services, health, mining, media, technology and retail
