The role
Paul Hastings is seeking a Litigation and CFTC Regulatory Mid-Level Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join their team in Chicago, Washington D.C., or New York. This role will focus on CFTC regulatory matters, including litigation and enforcement, for clients in emerging sectors.
What you'll do
- Represent clients in litigation, enforcement, and regulatory matters
- Provide strategic advice to clients regulated by the CFTC
- Engage with clients and government regulators
What we're looking for
3-5 years of litigation experience
Significant experience with the CFTC and Commodity Exchange Act
Admission to practice law and good standing in the jurisdiction where hired
Experience at the CFTC or a CFTC-regulated entity· nice to have
Benefits
Salary range of $260,000 - $390,000 annually
