The role

Anderson Lloyd is seeking a Corporate Commercial Lawyer with 4+ years of experience in M&A to join their Christchurch office. The role involves working on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including M&A, banking and finance, capital raisings, and corporate advisory, supporting partners Josh Williams, David Goodman, and Ben Johnston.

• Gain exposure to our full range of corporate and commercial work
• Work on M&A and banking and finance transactions
• Work on capital raisings
• Work on corporate structuring
• Work on shareholder agreements
• Work on corporate advisory
• Work on company law
• Work on commercial contracting
• Work directly with a diverse client base
• Build close relationships with the firm's wider Corporate Commercial Teams
