The role
Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer is seeking a Paralegal for their Securitisation and Structured Finance team in London on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for individuals interested in a career in international law, supporting partners and associates on finance transactions.
What you'll do
- Reviewing documents and assisting on more straightforward document drafting
- Transaction process and document management
- Business development support including producing slide decks
- Know-how support including assistance with research and writing publications
What we're looking for
Excellent academics (ideally 2.1 or first)
Completed or intending to complete the LPC/SQE/Bar course
An interest in a career in an international law firm
An interest in financing transactions for international clients
An innovative mindset, curious about AI and emerging technologies
