The role

Simmons Adaptive is seeking an Interim ECM/DCM Lawyer with 5+ years of PQE to support the Banking practice group at Simmons & Simmons in London. This is a transactional role focused on Equity Capital Markets and Debt Capital Markets for a leading international law firm.

What we're looking for

Qualified lawyer with strong Equity Capital Markets experience

Complemented by experience in Debt Capital Markets

5 years minimum PQE

Problem solver and offer a collaborative approach

Able to work in a dynamic and fast moving environment

Able to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines

Excellent organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads

Can work autonomously but can also collaborate as part of the wider team

Hold the relevant right to work in the UK
