The role
Lewis Silkin is seeking an Associate to join its IP and Technology practice in Belfast. This role is for an experienced lawyer with 3-5 years of PQE, focusing on commercial and technology transactional work, including drafting and negotiating agreements.
What you'll do
- Advise on corporate due diligence exercises
- Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial and technology agreements, including DPAs
- Provide commercial and technology due diligence support on corporate transactions
- Service clients within the Managed Legal Services offering
What we're looking for
3-5 years of PQE
Experience in commercial and technology transactional work
Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial and technology agreements, including DPAs
